This is one of the best bars you will ever visit. Its got so much character and a classic laid back Caribbean style that you will never want to leave. As the name would imply its a beach bar, located on you guessed it, a beach. The decor is beach oriented and there is no room in this bar for fancy shorts or any form of resort wear. There is however lots of room for friendly people that want to kick back eat great food and drink beers while watching the sunset. Speaking of great food, don't miss the Jerk Chicken Sandwich with fries that sandwich is outstanding. Better still the meal will only set you back $9 bucks which is damn good for the island.

After watching the sunset and a good meal, stick around for the live music which seems to run until 1:00 or 2:00 AM. I have been to this bar a handful of times and have always found the music quite good. Of course the music is enhanced by the fact that you are outside on a gorgeous beach drinking beers... somebody has to do it.

Finally I must admit I am even a sucker for the bars gear. They have a great logo, kind of a Life Is Good meets skull and cross bones theme. I like it so much I have bought two hats from this place during separate visits. If you enjoy outdoor bar settings, do not miss The Beach Bar.
