This restaurant is completely mediocre. The service is good, the menu decent and in our party of 4 each meal was fine. No one complained and no one raved. If you love grilled fish and are in the neighborhood, there is no reason to not try this place. That said, I would not plan a special trip here or use the place to impress friends.
The concept of Bonefish is that you pick from any of their 5-10 fresh fish selections, you then pair the fish with one of their four sauces. The fish and sauce are then grilled and served with your choice of entree. In theory this is a great formula. In practice however, the overall product is good, but does not live up to its full potential.
The wine list was on par with the rest of the experience in that it was adequate. What was impressive was the beer selections, Anderson Valley Amber Ale is a terrific brew. So if you are in the mood, for a beer and grilled fish give this a try. Just don't set your expectations too high.
