I have eaten at Meriwether's on two occasions. Each time the service and food was unpretentious, but prepared with attention to detail. For example the eggs benedict are cooked to the right level: Not too runny and not overdone as so in lesser restaurants.

The pecan banana belgian waffle was light and fluffy. I selected the one with fresh bananas and pecans inside. It also comes with syrup topped with pecans.

Service was slightly slow, but not so bad as to be annoying. They also serve lunch, but I didn't see mention of dinner.

This is a solid restaurant that won't disappoint.
