bgood is an amazing restaurant. Where else can you get a really tasty, really big hamburger with a large side of french fries that is totally healthy? You can't! By the way you can wash that burger and fries down with a shake made from skim milk and frozen yogurt. Yum!

I am a former burger addict who used to love eating hamburgers wherever I went. About 10 years or so good, I discovered nutrition and when I did, I sadly sad good bye to my friend the hamburger. Thanks to bgood I can now have my burger and eat it too.

bgood's formula for making burgers is simply, they use really high quality lean beef. bgood then grinds and packs the patties on premises daily without adding any fattening sauces and then grill them. The result is a burger with only 12 grams of fat and only 4 grams of saturated fat (the bad one). Their burgers are served on a whole grain bun with fresh lettuce tomatoes and onions... delicious. Speaking of which, lets talk about the fries. bgood's fries are air baked in a special oven. So you get all that potato goodness and no fat!!! The fries are crisp and well seasoned with salt and other spices.

Beyond the burger, bgood offers a variety of other healthy salads and sandwiches. I have ventured off the burger path on occasion and have found their Turkey burger to be almost as tasty as the beef burger. For a different taste still, bgood offers several baked chicken sandwiches. Those sandwiches are a 100% chicken breasts that are pounded breaded and baked. The chicken sandwiches are juicy and crisp. I especially like the sandwiches with bbq or chipotle sauces as the add some flavor and kick.

As for what to wash your sandwich and fries down with I can vouch for both the Mango Fruit Shake and the Chocolate Milk Shake. Both beverages are worthy beverages to be paired with bgood's food.
