Good
Nice terrain, good amenities, and good food on the mountain. Generally a nice mountain, and probably awesome if there is plenty of fresh powder.
Terrain
Great mountain for intermediate and advanced beginners. Adequate terrain for beginners. Very nice exceptionally steep terrain for advanced skiers and riders. Lots of traversing. We rode at a time when they had around 79 inches of base, but had not gotten a substantial storm for a while. Intermediate and advanced runs often were over run with moguls. Most annoying was the approach to the mogul runs were often filled with the nicer softer snow.
More signs for finding the various runs would be nice. Intersections were sometimes poorly marked.
Parking
Valet parking available for C$25, otherwise there is a parking lot or parking on the road. It's quite a short walk from the road to the lodge.
Amenities
Nice log cabin style full service lodge at the base of the mountain. We ate at the Temple Lodge mid-mountain. The barbecue (prime rib) hamburger was quite good as was the hot chocolate. Bathrooms are plentiful, relatively easy to get in and out of and relatively clean. They also have nice lockers and a friendly staff who sharpened my snowboard.
Disappointing
Lack of grooming.
Unexpected
Poor coverage and boulders due to lack of recent snow fall. Top of the mountain stayed hard quite late into the day only softening around 11:30. The bottom was surprisingly nice and the snow making equipment kept the bottom soft.
