Highly recommended! We were finally able to get my wife's Cyma watch fixed. It's seems relatively simple - the luminescent hands on her wristwatch needed to be refurbished, but jeweler after jeweler would shrug and say "you should probably send that back to Cyma" or "I don't know, I could maybe order some new hands...".
We happened by Watchworks on another errand and stopped in without much expectation. They immediately agreed to repaint the hands with luminescent paint (I don't know what's used currently - I don't think they use radium anymore). The end result was perfect, fast, and at a much lower cost than other jewelers we visited.
On top of that, they managed some very nice maintenance on my wife's wedding and engagement rings (resizing, and reworking the pins holding the stone). They did very fine work, managing the resizing (the gold was fairly brittle). The ring also had some fine detail work which had to be preserved, and the end result was flawless.
The staff is very helpful, the prices are reasonable, and the level of craftsmanship was excellent. Definitely a first stop for watch or jewelry maintenance.
