George Haskell Insurance Agency seems a solid a group of insurance professionals who have been in business for a long time. I recently began dealing with the Haskell Insurance Agency after having an issue with my prior homeowners insurance carrier and agent (an insurance carrier is the company who issues the policy and the agent is the person you speak with when buying the policy). As is frequently the case, matters worked out for the best.

I was first impressed with the folks at Haskell when just calling around to speak with Agents. Haskell was by far the easiest agency to get on the phone, moreover it was easy to speak with someone who was quite knowledgeable. Next I found the agency very responsive to my questions and they provided very thorough explanations. Then When I asked them to get quotes from multiple insurance carriers they did a great job of setting my expectations regarding:

1. The number of quotes I should receive.
2. How long it would take me to hear back from them

Most importantly the agency followed through on all their commitments. When presenting the various quotes from insurance carriers to me, Patrick Haskell did a nice job of reviewing the pros and cons of various policies.

In the end I was able to secure homeowners policy that provided better coverage for my home and in doing so saved me $300! They even personally delivered the new policy to my home. Not that's a great service. While still early on in my relationship with the George Haskell Insurance Agency, the folks there have been great so far.

Using them for years, Patrick is wonderful and I referred a friend who was buying a new house and they even saved her money! They are responsive and quick turnaround. Easy and happy decision to have them as our insurance agency.
