Fiesta Del Mar Too serves expertly prepared food at reasonable prices that few other restaurants match. Their service is swift, but if you choose to linger, they never object. This is a key point of their success, many people set up business meetings at this unpretentious restaurant so flexibility and a keen attention to service, and consistent food mean that people know they can concentrate on the problem at hand.
They have an unusual decor including hand carved tables and chairs and hand painted walls. The result is a homey comfortable feel.
I've eaten most dishes on the menu. Their margaritas are marvelous, probably due to home made sweet and sour mix (and I don't drink very much). They have an extensive tequila menu so if you are inclined to a particular margarita, or perhaps other drink, the bar is prepared.
I find their Enjococado dishes absolutely fantastic. Their mole is also stellar. If you just want a salad, the grilled chicken or spicy tuna are generous and filling. On days when I want a small dish I typically order the tostada. Finally if I'm looking for a bit of soup I order a small of either available chicken soup. The chicken tortilla soup has a unique richly flavored roasted ancho (I think) pepper. And no it's not too spicy.
