Good
Shockingly good food. Everyone in my party was stunned by the quality. It was consistently excellent across the board. Our waiter was exceptionally helpful providing pointers to the menu and where to snowboard.

Disappointing
The chocolate dessert was very good, but not quite up to the level of their other dishes.

Unexpected
The waitresses from the bar get upset if you try to bring your drinks upstairs when your table is ready. They want to carry your drinks, and they gather them up.

Ambiance
Typical upscale restaurant. Not too noisy.

Food Quality
Excellent food. The restaurant is primarily a steak house and their steaks are excellent. Our party sampled the fillet, strip steak, and the new york steak. All were excellent with no leftovers. I tried the chicken Waldorf salad which was exceptional. The chicken was encrusted with walnuts making the salad more unique. Also the dressing was quite light, which is good since Waldorf salads often suffer from too much dressing.

Service
We had a very knowledgeable waiter who provided good direction on wines, entrees and dessert. Food was delivered promptly. The wait on a Saturday night is long without a reservation, so I suggest reservations.

Price
Our meal cost approximately C$64 per person including one bottle of mid-priced wine and tip.

Great food but let down by the very poor hostess / front of house service whose complete lack of customer service was quite astounding! A bit of superficial small talk whilst being seated at the beginning is not what makes a good hostess.
